Mick Hart is the guy behind “No Bull” and the Laymans Guide to Steroids Part 1 and 2 at www.bodybuildingandsteroids.com…
Now, Mick claims that he has coached over 80 1st place winners, 70 2nd place winners, and 20 3rd place winners, just in the last 4 years…
And to top it off, he uses his own son as a testing ground for his stuff… now that requires balls in my opinion.
The biggest question with steroids is, will they have permanent negative effects? Well, I’m not one to comment on the question, but Mick has put his son under the program, and his son swears by it.
It’s kind of like putting your money where your mouth is, and Mick does just that.
If you’re considering using steroids, for whatever reason, it’s probably one of the first books that you should consider reading.
