Anabolic Steroid
March 13th, 2006    Subscribe To Our FeedThe use of anabolic steroids, while illegal does produce some pretty serious results.
In this post we want to try to take an ‘objective’ view. There are both pros and cons to using anabolic steroids, so, to be nice, let’s start with the cons :)
Prolonged use can lead to:
Liver Problems – basically your liver is put under a serious strain when taking steroids. The liver acts as part of the filtering process for your body, and when taking steroids, your body has to filter through these steroids as well.
Male Reproductive Problems – Everyone has heard about this, steroids ‘replace’ the bodies production of steroids thereby shutting down your bodies own production. This means that your ‘little guys’ end up shrinking and not working… bottom line, you could end up shooting blanks for the rest of your life.
“Psychological” Problems – “Roid Range” as it is called, changes the psychological effects of your body. By having a massive amount of testosterone flooding your system, you are in effect throwing your system out of whack, which causes outbursts of anger at the most unpredictable time.
Now, the pros:
We are just going to run through these, but basically certain anabolic steroids can give you a massive increase in muscle growth, faster recovery process, ability to train harder, you reach your bodies natural muscle fiber strength limit quicker, and well… the list goes on. You’ll also experience an increase in your sex drive, but just keep in mind that this will only last while you’re actually on the anabolic steroids.
So there you go, a very concise little program as to the pros and cons of taking anabolic steroids.
There are actually ‘safe’ (meaning you can minimize the cons) ways to take steroids, but the best thing here is education. You’ll actually find on this site a review of some of the to programs that you can buy or join that will teach you everything you need to know on how to reduce the cons, and maximize the use of your anabolic steroids.
